Working with established instrument makers

Learning CAD and 3D printing can take years to perfect and is not practical or cost effective for the occasional user. Having made instruments for over 40 years, we offer design and print services to musical instrument makers. We also offer 3D CNC machining of complex shapes from timber. 

All our CAD data belongs to the customer and can be transferred to other methods of production especially in ref. to reamers, for example. We can design the bore of an instrument, make several iterations, print them to find the best option, then make updates to the best which can be to 100ths of a millimeter if required, and reprint - within hours. Traditionally, we'd have to make a reamer each time and could take a day plus the cost of metal and timber.
