We are happy to embrace all methods of production and manufacture. However, using the latest 3D Cad software we are leaders in the use of Injection moulding, Acrylic Fabricating and Thermoforming of plastics. Should your unit require more substantial construction we are fully conversant with sheetmetal construction often supplying flat pattern shapes directly for laserwork.
Prototypes simulating mouldings and fabrications are produced in house using our CNC Routers and can be spray finished or manufactured in a wide range of materials specific to the job including clear acrylic.

Being based in the heart of the POS POP region of the UK ie Leicestershire we are surrounded by a massive infrastructure of suppliers to the industry which we find immensley usefull and we respect the knowledge that those companies exchange with us.
